Analytics

The Analytics section provides a dashboard and reporting for the application.

Dashboard

  • Dashboard — View widgets and visualizations for key metrics (e.g., usage, cases, performance).
  • Date filters — Adjust the time range for the data shown.
  • Drill-down — Where supported, click through to more detail.

Access to Analytics depends on your permissions; contact an administrator if the Analytics item is not visible in the sidebar.
