Assets Tab

The Assets tab holds flow-level assets: rates, data sheets, data lookups, and media. Each sub-tab is described below.

Rates

  • Rates — Configure which rate files or matrices this flow uses. You can add, edit, or remove rate references and map them for use in calculations or steps.

Data Sheets

  • Data Sheets — Define or link data sheets used by the flow. Data sheets provide structured input (e.g., tables or key-value data) that steps or calc engines can reference.

Data Lookups

  • Data Lookups — Configure lookup tables or data used for dropdowns, validation, or conditional logic within the flow.

Media Library

  • Media Library — Upload and manage images and other media (e.g., logos, illustrations) used in layouts and reports for this flow. Assets are scoped to the flow.
