Reports Tab

The Reports tab is where you configure PDF reports and documents attached to the flow.

Report manager

  • Report list — View and manage reports linked to this flow. Add, duplicate, or remove reports.
  • Report settings — Set report-level options (e.g., description, header/footer, logo, format).

Page sets

  • Page sets — Define the main document structure: base pages and overlays. Each page set can have multiple pages.

Overlays

  • Overlay page set — Configure overlay content (text, images, tables) that are placed on top of base pages. Map data sources and positioning.

Buildable elements

  • Elements — Add and configure buildable elements (text, images, tables, data references) that appear in the report. Element settings control data binding and styling.

Preview and test data

  • Preview — Generate a PDF preview using test data to verify layout and content.
  • Test data management — Define or select test cases and values used when previewing reports.
