Rates

The Rates section is used to upload and manage rate files used by flows.

Upload

  • Upload rate file — Upload a new rate file (e.g., CSV or supported format). The file is validated and stored for use in flows.
  • Versioning — New uploads can create new versions; previous versions remain available for reference or rollback.

Management

  • List rate files — View all uploaded rate files and their versions.
  • Select / activate — Choose which rate file or version a flow uses where applicable.
  • Delete — Remove obsolete rate files or versions as needed.

Rates configured in the Flow Builder’s Assets tab are tied to the flow; the main Rates area in the sidebar is for organization-wide rate file management.
